    We self-perform the critical path — demolition, concrete repair, rebar, post-tensioning, waterproofing. When the work is on us, the schedule is on us, and the quality is on us.

    Engineered before executed.

    Every restoration scope is performed under the stamped direction of the engineer of record. We do not field-engineer structural decisions. The discipline shows up in the outcomes.

    Clients, not jobs.

    Condominium boards, hotel operators, institutional owners — they rehire us because we communicate weekly, bring no surprises, and do not disappear at closeout. The buildings we restore are places people live and work.

    Fixed plans, fixed prices.

    Once the scope is finalized with the engineer of record, our schedule and pricing are committed. Field conditions are handled with pre-agreed unit prices so there are no surprises.
